Your day.
Beautifully considered.
Find the feeling. Then explore the details.
Five packages.
One thoughtful foundation.
From the napkins on your tables to the team who clears the last plate, these essentials are built into every package, including Homestead. Open any category to see the details.
Your dedicated wedding planner, from planning to wedding day
- One dedicated wedding planner is your direct point of contact and plans your wedding with you.
- A minute-by-minute timeline, a floor plan and vendor coordination are included.
- Your planner is on site to manage your wedding day.
- The planner does not pay vendors or manage your budget; those responsibilities remain with you.
- Unpacking up to two medium-sized boxes is included. This is not a full setup, teardown or pack-up service for outside items brought by the couple or family.
- For personal signs, table details, ceremony items and family-provided décor, explore the optional $800 Personal décor setup & pack-up service. Two dedicated staff members handle the unloading, setup and return to your cars.
Linens, china & your guest tables
- Polyester linens for guest tables, catering tables, the gift table, cocktail tables and the DJ table, available in 30 colors.
- Polyester napkins in up to 30 colors.
- White china plates, a full silverware setting, glass goblets for guest tables and chargers.
Bar service, without the alcohol
- Bar setup, cocktail-hour service setup, service supplies and teardown. The couple supplies the alcohol.
- Mixers, juices, sodas, bitters and garnishes including oranges, lemons and limes.
- Upgraded clear plastic serving cups in 6-ounce and 8-ounce sizes.
- One bartender for up to 100 guests; two bartenders for more than 100. Additional-guest charges follow your selected catering tier; final venue capacity requires confirmation.
A fully staffed dining experience
- Your selected package’s catering menu, cocktail-hour service setup and all catering equipment.
- Chef, sous chef and servers, including attended buffets with servers behind the buffet serving your guests.
- Catering setup and teardown, clearing, dishwashing and cleaning of all dishes.
Flowers, display rentals & the team behind them
- Your selected floral tier’s arrangements, with compotes, glass candle votives, bowls, pedestals and the floral display rentals needed for that design.
- Floral materials and supplies, including foam and wire.
- The team to process and design the flowers, install and remove them, and move floral pieces after the ceremony.
- These are included rentals and services, not an additional rental order. The arrangements and specific design details vary by floral tier.
Venue décor, setup & cleanup
- Venue décor including table numbers, large outdoor signage, small table signs and faux candles.
- Staff to open and close the venue and doors, plus setup and teardown of venue décor.
- A crew to set up, move and take down tables and chairs.
- A commercial cleaning crew for sweeping, mopping and cleaning.
- Access to the agreed wedding spaces at the scheduled times. This does not mean exclusive use of the whole property.
An overnight stay with the comforts covered
- Overnight accommodations are included in every package, with rooms and bathrooms.
- Mini fridges stocked with drinks and snacks, plus additional beds as arranged for your room setup.
- Extra blankets and sheets, bathroom soap, conditioner and shampoo.
- Room cleaning after the stay.
- There are 10 guest rooms when the bridal suite is not used as an overnight room. Your proposal confirms room assignments, occupancy and the included overnight schedule; extra nights are separate requests.
Your package determines the menu and floral design, not whether you receive the essential staff, rentals, setup and cleanup. Bar service is included; standard reception alcohol is supplied by the couple. Legacy also supplies the actual bourbon, champagne and cigars for its named premium experiences. Ancillary vendor collections and optional enhancements are separate.
Planning estimates for up to 100 guests, not booking quotes. Date pricing, holiday fees, additional guests, taxes and any service charges require confirmation. Use the date controls below to explore your day. *Some sample-menu selection counts differ from earlier package notes; your team confirms the final allowance.
Homestead and Heirloom are available only on an off-peak day OR during an off-peak month. You need one, not both: a Sunday in June or a Saturday in February qualifies. Heritage, Estate and Legacy are available across both categories, subject to availability. Christmas Day is unavailable; designated holidays carry a $5,000 fee.
Two ways to qualify for Homestead & Heirloom.
Start with a wedding package. Fall in love with the details. Let us bring them together.
Love Heritage, but want Estate flowers? Step up just your florals. Your catering and the rest of your package stay as they are.
So much is already included. Every package includes linens, tableware, staffed dining and bar service, floral rentals and labor, venue setup and cleaning, a planner and overnight stays. You supply standard reception-bar alcohol; Legacy supplies the bourbon and champagne for its included premium experiences.
Explore what’s included →Everything you need.
Then everything you love.
Start with what every package includes, then compare flowers and catering below. Read the items in the left-hand column: a check means included; a blank means that specific feature is not included in the listed design. Quantity rows describe your tier, not extra quantities to add together. Open a sample menu to see the complete reception menu without losing your place.
Blank cells apply only to the named upgrade, not the whole service. Floral tiers elevate every piece through greater fullness, more premium varieties, or both. Flower examples are not guaranteed recipes. Reception examples come from the prepared sample menus; final selections and allowances need confirmation. All packages cover up to 100 guests and designated wedding spaces, not exclusive use of the whole property.
A package is your beginning.
Not your limit.
Choose your foundation, then elevate the pieces you love. Step-ups move upward only; removing inclusions does not reduce your package price.
You can explore any starting package here. Once booked, your contracted package becomes your minimum.
Step up one detail. Keep the rest.
Only the additional amount appears below. Nothing is deducted or traded out of your base package.
Each floral step-up brings fuller arrangements, more premium flower varieties, or both to every floral piece, and adds floral items to your design. It is more than a change in flower names or centerpiece count.
Your floral team will confirm the bloom mix, fullness and additional items for your chosen tier. Matching item counts do not mean matching floral designs.
Your vendor team, brought together.
These are optional vendor collections, separate from your wedding package. When you add one, Wildflower manages the included vendors so you do not have to coordinate every introduction and quote.
The finishing touches
Add the finishing touches you love. Priced services update your estimate; items marked “Quote request” need a custom price. Nothing is reserved or ordered when you select an item.
Less wondering.
More looking forward.
Our team will confirm your date, spaces, overnight arrangements and every finishing touch before anything is booked.
What does our included wedding planner handle?
Every package includes one dedicated wedding planner who is your direct contact, plans the wedding with you, creates a minute-by-minute timeline and floor plan, coordinates vendors and manages the wedding day on site. The planner does not pay vendors or manage your budget.
The included personal-item allowance is unpacking up to two medium-sized boxes. It does not include the full unloading, installation, teardown and repacking of outside items brought by the couple or family. Wildflower’s own included venue décor, flowers, tables and chairs are still set up and removed as part of your base package.
Who handles the personal décor our family brings?
Add Personal décor setup & pack-up for $800. Two dedicated staff members unload and unpack your items, set them up, take them down, repack them and load them back into cars.
This service covers personal signs, guest-table menus, custom table numbers, wedding newspapers, favors, ceremony fans, information cards and specialty ceremony setups such as sand ceremonies. The items themselves are supplied by you or your family; the add-on is the handling service, not a purchase of décor.
The $800 is added once to your selected package. It does not replace your included planner or charge again for Wildflower’s own décor setup and teardown.
How do step-ups work?
Choose your base wedding package, then request a higher floral or catering tier. For example, Heritage with Estate flowers keeps Heritage catering, planning and other agreed inclusions. You pay the confirmed floral step-up, not the full Estate package price.
Packages cannot be downgraded. A component step-up is not a credit or a swap. The displayed step-up amounts are draft estimates until Wildflower approves the upgrade schedule.
What is exclusive to the complete Legacy package?
Legacy includes a wedding-party luncheon for up to 30 people, the actual premium bourbon and cigars with service for groomsmen, the actual premium champagne with service and personalized crystal champagne glasses, a pre-ceremony lemonade station and upgraded gold reception flatware. The beverage menu also includes one hot beverage station and premium bar glassware with Legacy.
These are full-package inclusions, not benefits of choosing only Legacy flowers or catering. The luncheon is displayed in two separate getting-ready areas with charcuterie, rolls, fruit salad, Tuscan pasta salad, cookies and dessert bars, lemonade and iced tea, with premium disposables.
Wildflower supplies the bourbon, champagne and cigars for these Legacy experiences, along with their service. Brands, quantities and personalization are confirmed in your proposal. Other standard reception-bar alcohol remains couple-supplied; this is not an unlimited hosted bar.
What changes when we step up our flowers?
Every floral piece is elevated with greater fullness, more premium flower varieties, or both. Every floral step-up also adds floral items, so the difference is not simply a higher price for the same flower count.
Two tiers may list the same number of bouquets or centerpieces while offering different bloom mixes and fullness within each piece. Your floral team will confirm the flower recipe, design scale and additional items for your chosen tier. The current menu list does not yet specify stem counts or every tier’s added item.
Which dates work for Homestead and Heirloom?
Homestead and Heirloom require an off-peak weekday OR an off-peak month, not both. Off-peak weekdays are Sunday through Thursday; off-peak months are December, January, February, July and August. A June Sunday and a February Saturday both qualify. A June Friday or Saturday does not.
Friday and Saturday are peak weekdays. Peak months are March, April, May, June, September, October and November. Eligibility is separate from pricing: this preview keeps the supplied weekday price schedule, with off-season weekend pricing subject to confirmation. A $5,000 fee applies on designated holidays. Christmas Day is unavailable. The date selector checks rules, not live availability.
What is included in the overnight stay?
Every package includes overnight accommodations: rooms with bathrooms, mini fridges stocked with drinks and snacks, additional beds as arranged, extra blankets and sheets, bathroom soap, conditioner and shampoo, and cleaning after the stay.
There are 10 guest rooms when the bridal suite is not used as an overnight room. Your proposal confirms room assignments, occupancy, the included night and access arrangements. The included stay is not a whole-property buyout.
Sunday wedding / Sunday overnight and Monday wedding / Monday overnight are noted in the plan; the overnight schedule for other wedding dates still needs confirmation. Public guest rentals open no more than 90 days ahead, only after weddings that week have been offered the rooms.
Do we need to rent linens, dishes or a bar team separately?
No. Every package includes polyester table linens in 30 colors, napkins in up to 30 colors, white plates, silverware, glass goblets for guest tables and chargers. The package also includes catering staff and equipment, attended buffet service, setup, teardown, clearing and dishwashing.
Bar service, mixers, juices, sodas, garnishes, bitters, upgraded 6-ounce and 8-ounce clear plastic cups, and cocktail-hour service setup are included. You supply standard reception-bar alcohol. Legacy includes the actual bourbon and champagne for its named premium experiences, plus cigars and their service. One bartender is included for up to 100 guests, and two for more than 100; guest counts above the package’s 100-person allowance still need a custom quote.
What if our guest count is above 100?
Every displayed package includes up to 100 guests. Each additional guest is $85 with Homestead, $105 with Heirloom, $95 with Heritage, $105 with Estate or $115 with Legacy. Enter your guest count to add these charges to your estimate. A smaller guest count does not reduce the package price.
Additional-guest pricing follows your selected catering tier. For example, Heritage with Estate catering uses Estate’s $105 rate for each guest above 100. A floral-only step-up does not change the per-person rate. The catering step-up itself is separate from the additional-guest charge. Guest-count pricing does not confirm space capacity or availability.
The planning notes list the Terrace + Celebration Hall at up to 200 and the Ceremony Garden at up to 300, subject to confirmed layout and approved capacity. Courtyard and Flower Garden capacities are still to be confirmed. The groomsmen’s space behind the chapel is listed for up to 8 people, and the bridal suite with spa for up to 12.
Can we explore 0% APR financing?
Ask your team about 0% APR financing through Affirm, subject to eligibility, approval and available terms. Your team can walk you through the next steps.
Selecting a package or saving a wish list is not a financing application, financing approval or booking.
How are collections different from add-ons?
Your wedding package is the foundation: venue, flowers, catering, a planner, overnight accommodations and the included staffing, rentals, setup and cleaning. A step-up elevates a component. House, Reserve and Provenance are optional ancillary vendor collections managed by Wildflower. Finishing touches are individual quote requests, such as a flambé station, additional flowers or extra overnight stays.
Collections are alternatives, not stackable purchases. Photographer coverage, vendor selection, delivery details, substitutions and any additional charges will be written into your proposal. A wish list does not reserve a vendor or authorize payment.
What does the displayed estimate cover?
The estimate combines your listed base package, priced step-ups, additional guests at your selected catering tier’s rate, priced add-ons, the selected collection and a holiday fee if checked. Items without an approved amount are listed separately for a quote, not treated as free.
Taxes, service charges, gratuities and unpriced requests are not calculated here; their applicability and treatment must be confirmed in your final proposal. Price-confirmation labels stay visible wherever a step-up or request needs review.
