We’re chefs, designers, artists, builders, dreamers—and people who really, really love beautiful things.
We’ve spent the last 15 years creating more than 1,250 weddings, which means we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes a day beautiful—and what makes it unnecessarily complicated.
So we started asking ourselves:
What if we made the whole thing easier?
More beautiful. More thoughtful. More fun. Less stuffy. Less stressful. More human.
And then we built it.
Welcome to The Wildflower Madison.
We made this place for you—and for all the beautiful things that happen along the way.

What makes us different
The Wildflower was designed to make getting married feel effortless.
At Wildflower Madison, you will not be handed a venue, a vendor list and several hundred decisions.
Our team of planners, chefs, floral designers, artists and hosts will build the experience around you.
You make the choices that feel personal. We make the hundreds of decisions required to bring them beautifully to life.
-
We understand decision fatique is real, the last thing you need is to make more decisions. Instead of asking you to find, hire, and manage a long list of vendors and decisions we already have the people, spaces, and systems in place.
Your catering, florals, rentals, décor, accommodations, staffing, setup, cleanup, timeline, and wedding-day coordination are all handled through Wildflower. We guide you through a much smaller list of choices, then our team takes those decisions and builds the wedding around them.
You choose what you love. We handle all the moving pieces behind it.
-
We’ve chosen the trusted team, built the packages, planned the flow, selected what works beautifully together, and created a process that removes hundreds of little decisions.
Every package includes:
Venue
Catering
Fresh Flowers
Coordinator
Decorations
Table and Chairs
Bridal suite access from 7 AM
Full property from 11 AM
Vendor access
You’ll still make a few personal choices — things like your menu favorites, floral style, music, ceremony details, attire, invitations, photography, and the little touches that make the day feel like you.
But you won’t be starting from scratch, comparing endless vendors, or figuring out every tiny detail on your own.
-
You can use the spa anytime during your wedding journey — not just on your wedding day.
Book a couples massage before your on-site tasting
schedule facials or massages during the week of your wedding
Access skincare knowledge to be your best self before your wedding day
Plan a spa afternoon with your bridesmaids or moms and grandmothers
Have massages and facials right in the bridal suite while everyone is getting ready the morning of the wedding
OUR KITCHENS
Old World • New South
A kitchen shaped by European technique, Georgia seasons, and the pleasure of gathering around a full table
A letter from Chef Lee
-
From the Gardens and Tables of Wildflower
For me, food has always been about more than what is placed on the plate. It is about place, memory, season, and the people gathered around the table.
My culinary journey has taken me from the kitchens and tables of Europe to the farms and gardens of Georgia.
Having lived and studied in both France and Spain, and traveled extensively throughout Europe, I developed a deep appreciation for the traditions of classical European and Mediterranean cuisine—the sauces of France, the rustic simplicity of the Mediterranean, artisan breads and cheeses, fresh herbs, good wine, and the belief that exceptional food begins with exceptional ingredients.
Today, Georgia has given me an entirely new pantry from which to cook.
Our local farms and orchards provide peaches, apples, pecans, Vidalia onions, artisan cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and other ingredients unique to the South. Georgia vineyards and distilleries bring another layer of regional character to our table.
And some ingredients travel only a few steps.
From our own gardens at Wildflower come seasonal pears, figs, grapes, fresh herbs, eggs and honey gathered from our hives—ingredients that allow the landscape surrounding our celebrations to become part of the meal itself.
It was only natural that these two culinary worlds would eventually meet.
Old World • New South
Wildflower Cuisine is my expression of that meeting—an elegant fusion of timeless Mediterranean and European cuisine with the gardens, farms, orchards, vineyards, and seasonal harvests of Georgia.
French technique meets Georgia peaches.
Mediterranean herbs meet the Southern garden.
European cheeses share the table with Georgia pecans and wildflower honey.
Beurre blanc, Provençal vegetables, risotto, and artisan breads find new expression alongside bourbon, Vidalia onions, cornbread, and the harvests of the South. The result is not simply European cuisine or Southern cuisine.
It is Wildflower Cuisine.

Yes. All catering is required in-house by our Wildflower culinary team. We even plan our farms around our seasonal menus, creating a thoughtful farm-to-table experience.
Our culinary team provides in-house catering so your menu, service, timeline, and overall guest experience can all work together seamlessly.
Keeping catering within the Wildflower family allows us to create a more thoughtful, cohesive experience from the first bite of cocktail hour through the final course of dinner.
-
Quite a lot — and that is intentional.
Our goal is to remove as many moving pieces from your plate as possible. Depending on your selected package, your catering experience may include menu planning, culinary preparation, service staff, cocktail-hour food, dinner service, china, flatware, glassware, linens, setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
Rather than coordinating multiple separate vendors, you have one experienced team overseeing the details and making sure everything feels beautifully connected.

Absolutely. We want your menu to feel like an extension of your celebration — not something pulled from a standard wedding menu. Our team will help you create a dining experience that reflects your tastes, your story, and the way you want your guests to feel.
Whether that means elevated Southern favorites, a beautifully composed farm-to-table dinner, meaningful family-inspired dishes, or something completely unexpected, we love helping couples make the meal their own.
-
Yes. We believe one of the best parts of planning should be getting to experience the food together before your wedding day.
Our tasting process gives you the opportunity to experience selected dishes, talk through your preferences with our culinary team, and refine the menu so you feel completely confident and excited about what will be served to your guests.

Add Personal décor setup & pack-up for $800. Two dedicated staff members unload and unpack your items, set them up, take them down, repack them and load them back into cars.
This service covers personal signs, guest-table menus, custom table numbers, wedding newspapers, favors, ceremony fans, information cards and specialty ceremony setups such as sand ceremonies. The items themselves are supplied by you or your family; the add-on is the handling service, not a purchase of décor.
The $800 is added once to your selected package. It does not replace your included planner or charge again for Wildflower’s own décor setup and teardown.
