As Managing Owner and Catering Director, Lee Conway is the creative force behind The Wildflower’s culinary experience.

From menu and recipe development to designing memorable, experiential catering concepts, Lee oversees every detail of the kitchen while training and leading the culinary team to deliver food that feels thoughtful, beautiful, and deeply hospitable. His passion for creating meaningful experiences extends far beyond the kitchen.

Lee is also a life coach and the author of Journey Back to Myself, a reflection of his commitment to personal growth, purpose, and helping others create more intentional lives.

When he isn’t developing a new dish or mentoring his team, you’ll likely find Lee boating, spending time with his family, and enjoying the people and experiences that make life meaningful.

As Managing Owner and Chief Operating Officer, Shauna Conway is the builder, strategist, and creative force behind The Wildflower. From scouting future properties and assembling legal and professional teams to planning spaces, overseeing construction and development, hiring and leading staff, building websites, developing brands, and creating the systems that bring each Wildflower experience to life, Shauna works at the intersection of vision and execution.

With more than 15 years in the wedding industry and more than 1,250 weddings behind the Wildflower team, she is passionate about reimagining what hospitality can feel like—not simply creating beautiful places, but building experiences where people feel cared for, inspired, and genuinely connected.

That passion extends well beyond The Wildflower. Shauna is the creator of educational workshops and the Founder of United in Love, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to using the wedding and hospitality industries as a vehicle for opportunity and service.

United in Love introduces high school and college students to hands-on, blue-collar and creative career paths within the wedding industry, creates meaningful experiences and activities for Boys & Girls Club members, and helps provide beautiful weddings for couples who might otherwise never have the resources to experience one. At the heart of everything Shauna builds is the same belief: beautiful things matter most when they make people's lives better.

As Managing Owner and Floral Director, Ashley Lampe leads the floral vision of The Wildflower from seed to celebration. She oversees the floral team, hires and trains staff, develops design standards, and manages the onsite flower farms that help supply The Wildflower’s farm-to-table floral program.

Her work brings together horticulture, artistry, and hospitality, allowing flowers to become an integral part of the guest experience rather than simply a finishing detail. Ashley is also passionate about education, teaching onsite workshops that give guests and students a hands-on connection to floral design, growing, and creative craft.

Ashley is equally committed to using her work in service of others. She is deeply involved with the family nonprofit, United in Love, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, helping support its educational programs, community initiatives, and mission to create meaningful opportunities and experiences for young people and families.

Whether she is cultivating a field of flowers, mentoring a new designer, teaching a workshop, or helping bring a charitable event to life, Ashley’s work is rooted in beauty, generosity, and the belief that what we create can have a lasting impact far beyond the event itself.
